As of now, RHV Placement Agency Int’l. Inc. deploys workers to Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program. We are in the process of expanding into other global markets.
Yes. We are a Duly Licensed Landbased Recruitment Agency under the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), formerly POEA. Our license number is DMW-016-LB-03072023R and our agency has been in good standing since 2010.
We welcome male and female applicants aged 20 to 35 years old (Japan program), who are physically and mentally fit, have relevant work experience, and meet the documentation requirements.
For most skilled programs, prior experience is required. However, if you have relevant training or certification, we may assess your eligibility case by case.
Yes, you are welcome to reapply. We encourage applicants to improve their qualifications or experience before reapplying.
Yes. Qualified applicants undergo pre-departure orientation, skills enhancement, and language training (especially for Japan). This ensures they are fully prepared for the culture and work environment abroad.
No. RHV does not charge placement fees or deduct from your salary. We follow ethical recruitment practices in compliance with Philippine labor laws and our international partner agreements.
Processing time can vary, but it generally takes 4–6 months after passing the final interview and completing all requirements.
